Making sherbet
Today I made sherbet it is Quite sour but it is good. These are the ingredients that I used.
1 tsp of Citric acid
2 tbsp of Icing sugar
3 tbsp of Jelly crystals
1 tsp of baking soda
You mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until it is well combined and then enjoy.
Here is a photo of my sherbet (it is raspberry flavoured)
i enjoyed making the sherbet was quite fun
