Making sherbet
Today I made sherbet again I used the same ingredients as last time expect I added an little bit extra icing sugar.
These are the ingredients you need to make sherbet
1 Tsp of citric acid
2 Tbsp of icing sugar
3 Tbsp of jelly crystals (any flavour you like)
1 Tsp of baking soda
Method : measure out the ingredients into a small bowl mix well and then enjoy.
