Parihaka

Today in class we had to do a little bit of research about 3 different things about parihaka. Then we had to write our answers done on a google doc or a blog post. We watched a news report about the Parihaka and then had to do this activity. 

The first thing we had to answer was what did the Europeans expect to find at parihaka? 

they expected a fierce battle.

What did they find instead, They found kids greeting them and playing board games

What was Martin Luther king and Ghandi protesting and how

Martin Luther king was protesting different types of races and things like that.

Ghandi was protesting marched to see the sea by making sea salt.
