Hello my name is Lacie and today in P.E we have to make a blog about gymnastics for 4 things on each different activities. Below are some of the moves you can do on each activity:
Trampoline, Front flip,Back flip,Knee flip, Aerial
Beam, Walking backwards, Leap, Handstand,jump
Parallel bars walk on hands forward, Walk on hands backwards. Tuck jumps,leg lifts
Bar, Front hip circle,roll over bars forwards, Roll over bars backwards,Roll off bar
floor/mat cartwheel,round off,handstand,bridge
mini trampoline Crash dive,Jump,flip,Tuck jump
Something new that I learnt this term was to do a front handspring.
