Hurumanu 6

Every Friday we do a recap blog post about what we have done in Hurumanu 6 (Maths & Health) Today I am doing a blog post about what we have been doing in maths such as all the different types of charts we have been doing and other things we have done in maths. 

My next step is to be able to do more slides in the time we have been given and be able to write more to describe each different chart.

Hurumanu 1

In hurumanu 1 we have been learning about aoteraroa history. We had to read a couple of story's to find out about the aotearoa history  and then we had to answer the questions on a google slide. Here is the google slide with the questions and answers on it.








My next step is to be able to write my answers to the questions.

Making a paper hat

Today in class we had to follow some instructions  to make  a paper hat and then we had to re write the instructions and post it on our blogs. Here is my instructions:






Maybe you could try to follow my instructions and make your own paper hat. Comment on this blog post if you could understand my instructions clearly and  make your own paper hat. it was a very exiting experience.


My next step is to do it without instructions.

Recapping this week

This week during maths  we have been doing frequency charts, Tally charts and bar graphs
This week during Health we have been learning about positive relation ships and what they sound like and feels like and also look like. I have made a google slide to explain what these are.

Tangata Whenua Aoteraroa history

Hurumanu 1

For the past 3 periods we have  been focusing on how the Maoris got to Aoteraroa  and what they bought and how they got their food and where did the Maoris arrive from. I made a DlO (Digital learning object) For my DLO I made a google slide to share with you guys about Aotearoa history that I haved learned so far.
